In addition, the frame, suspension. 重庆大学生40万造方程式赛车 时速可达160公里   外表时尚炫酷,时速还可以达到160公里的方程式赛车,你相信是一群大学生花整个暑假造出来的吗?昨天,重庆理工大学士继方程式车队的30名成员,在学校进行了方程式赛车的出征仪式,他们花整个暑假时间造出来的方程式赛车,即将参加在湖北举行的中国大学生方程式汽车大赛。让我们来看看这辆赛车长什么样吧。   赛车外形炫酷 最高时速可达160公里   昨天,记者在重庆理工大学车辆工程学院,见到了士继方程式车队的队长张国庆。今年23岁的他正在该校读研究生一年级。在车队的车间,张国庆和部分队员正在对他们造的方程式赛车做最后的改进,整车的制作已进入收尾阶段。   张国庆告诉记者,这辆黑色的方程式赛车是他们团队花费近1年的时间来设计、研发,集中在今年暑假近3个月的时间制造出来的;目的是为了参加今年10月在湖北举行的中国大学生方程式汽车大赛(FSAE)。   记者在现场看到,这辆整体呈黑色的方程式赛车,长约3米,宽近1.5米,重245公斤,单座,4个赛车车轮异常显眼,尖尖的车头上印有48号数字,以及“士继”两个大字,尾翼也十分夸张。在今年迎新季,车队第一次在校园内试驾赛车,炫酷的外表便吸引了不少同学围观。   “从2015年开始,FSAE‘油’、‘电’车分离。”张国庆说,他们制造的这辆方程式赛车,就是以“油”为主。按照赛程要求,他们必须使用排量不超过610cc的四冲程汽油机。   “改进发动机进排气系统,自主设计生产油箱、座舱仪表,使用motec全替代ecu,自主标定发动机,使用牵引力控制,可实现弹射起步功能。”张国庆告诉记者,经过他们对发动机的改变,他们的方程式赛车理论速度可以达到160公里。但出于安全考虑,也因受场地限制,他们进行练习时,一般会把时速控制在100公里以内。   整车耗资近40万   座椅可耐2万伏电压   整辆方程式赛车,除了外表时尚外,核心零部件更是不输专业级赛车。张国庆说,整车的核心部件,变速器是他们从德国进口的,花了2万多元;发动机也源自德国,虽然是二手货,但仍超过了2万元。   “全炭纤维的车身,在制作时需要涂抹两遍油,还要加强芯毡增加强度,最后套上真空膜,导入树脂,抽成真空。”张国庆说,用炭纤维造车身,目的是减轻车身质量,有利于提速,同时也能经受耐久考验,而这项花费也超过3万元。   此外,车架、悬架等部分,也花了不少钱。“整车总花费近40万元。”张国庆说,就连他们车手穿的赛车服,也是进口的,价值2万元。   在车手的座椅上,出于安全考虑,车队还做了重点关注。5条安全带,不仅能够牢牢锁住赛车手,座椅还根据人体工学进行了特殊定制,由四层高强度碳纤维布层压做成,关键部位使用强芯粘夹层以进一步提高强度。驾驶舱后部使用Formex聚丙烯防火绝缘材料隔绝动力总成与车手,可耐110℃高温及22000V电压,可有效的保护车手。   声音   专家:在实践中学习到更多知识   重庆理工大学车辆工程学院院长胡志远表示,中国大学生方程式大赛(FSAE)是一项被誉为“汽车工程师摇篮”的赛事。在重庆,仅有重庆大学和重庆理工大学两所高校参加。而学院之所以花钱、花时间来制作方程式赛车,根本原因就是想让学生在实践中学习到更多的知识。让他感到欣慰的是,同学们在制作赛车时不畏艰辛、迎难而上的“匠心”,更是在书本上学不到的。   故事   造车:冒酷暑半夜造车   张国庆告诉记者,在造车过程中,对温度的要求非常苛刻,30名队员以及指导老师,不得不将作业时间延长至半夜。   队员廖世龙告诉记者,他们在做发动机标定实验时,发动机在发动后往往温度会升高,但重庆的夏天温度过高,要在测试白天发动机性能,几乎不可能。   “队员们都是从凌晨2点左右气温降下来后才开始做检测。”廖世龙说,除了测试,为了赶时间,他们还得加紧时间对零部件进行加工,通宵达旦造车,对他们来说是“家常便饭”。   “整个暑假,几乎都是白天休息,晚上工作,常常休息都在车间内。”廖世龙说,但见到大家独立设计、制造的赛车一步步成型,这点辛苦对他们来说,“很值得!”   开车:“老司机”5秒能变速4挡   22岁的车辆工程学院大四学生马旭是车队里4名赛车手之一。来自安徽的他从小喜欢汽车,早在大二时,他就已拿到了C1驾照,驾龄已超过2年,算是一名“老司机”。   马旭告诉记者,中国大学生方程式赛车大赛共要进行4次比赛,分别是20分钟耐久赛、75米直线加速、8字绕环、高速避障。   “比赛除了考验车手的应急反应、心态、技巧,还要考验整车的性能和操稳性。”马旭说,在这4项考验中,耐久赛和高速避障最具挑战性;而75米直线加速,则是一项最基本的考验。为此,车手们都必须长期练习,才能保证不失分。   但由于练习场地及车辆的限制,他们目前还没有正式驾驶赛车进行完整的练习,多是以开卡丁车为主。   “卡丁车与方程式赛车类似,练习卡丁车主要是练习车感、耐力以及走线等技术。”马旭说,卡丁车没有变速,为此他们在开卡丁车时,都需要模拟操作。平时在空闲时间,他们也在赛车上进行实践。   “75米直线加速,按照车速来算,开完全程只需要几秒钟的时间。现在经过不断练习,我们能够在5秒左右完成4挡的变速。”马旭说,他们现在都期待着10月在湖北比赛时能发挥正常,并取得好名次。相关的主题文章:
